Return policy

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item in the same condition (new and unused).

Made to order, discounted or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you want to return an item, please make sure you send a mail at roza@rozaroza.ro giving us details such as order number and your full name and the name of the item you want to return. Once you have received our confirmation, please send the return to the address below:

 All the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be made after we received the returned product in question.
